HATEBREED Frontman To Guest On New WINDS OF PLAGUE Album

Jamey Jasta of HATEBREED and KINGDOM OF SORROW will make a guest appearance on the forthcoming album from Los Angeles metallers WINDS OF PLAGUE, tentatively due in early 2011 via via Century Media Records. The CD will be recorded later this summer with producer Matt Hyde (SLAYER, HATEBREED).

Jasta recently sat down with WINDS OF PLAGUE frontman Johnathan "Johnny Plague" Cooke to discuss Jamey's guest spot on the upcoming WINDS OF PLAGUE CD and the current happenings on the the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival where both HATEBREED and WINDS OF PLAGUE are performing. WINDS OF PLAGUE drummer Art Cruz is a featured artist in Drum! magazine's latest issue and has partnered with the magazine's web site to launch a series of in-depth instructional video lessons.

"The Great Stone War", the latest album from WINDS OF PLAGUE, sold 6,300 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 73 on The Billboard 200 chart.

WINDS OF PLAGUE shot a video for the song "Approach The Podium" with up-and-coming director Nic Izzy of Reconstructed Media (DESPISED ICON, PROTEST THE HERO).

"The Great Stone War" was released on August 11, 2009 in the U.S. via Century Media Records.
